Common Fault – There is a fix for it, but Jaecoo are slow to roll it out – It needs a software update and a hardware one, but the hardware is on back order.

I took mine to the dealer last week. Jaecoo are aware of the issue, and Cherry is trying to find a fix. I suppose the more that complain, the quicker it will get sorted.
