    Hey all,

    Had the Jaecoo for 2 months. Wireless CarPlay has been working a treat (with 2 phones)

    all of a sudden yesterday, they won’t connect at all. Was using it on a long journey, stopped for a drink, 10 mins later. Nothing.

    of course I’ve tried deleting the phones. Restarting the phones. Trying to reconnect them. It seems to find them, and say connected via Bluetooth but CarPlay won’t connect. And I get the timeout message.

    id like to try and actually reboot the whole system. But no idea how to do a hard reset either! Anyone know this?

    try this

    it happend to me aswell if you go into system then where it shows the software version tap on the word version 10 times opens a secret menu

    then tap on reboot worked for me

    found out from a tech guy at the dealers and wrote it down then i could remember
